700 g parsnips 2 dl water salt butter 1 tablespoon honey 1 dl orange juice orange peel, grated
Directions
Peel and diagonally slice parsnips. Cook parsnips in salted water over gentle heat for about 10 minutes, or until tender. Remove from heat and drain. In the same pan heat butter, honey and the orange peel and juice. Add the parsnips and a little salt.
