4 slices wholemeal bread 1 cup carrot, grated 1 cup peanut, crushed 1 medium onion, minced 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 eggs parsley salt
Directions
Combine all the ingredients. Make little balls and place them onto a greased baking dish. Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve with tomato sauce.
