200 g cottage cheese 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 onion 150 g shrimps, previously cooked and chopped 150 g pistachio kernels
Directions
Combine the cottage cheese, lemon juice and onion in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour the mixture into a small bowl. Stir in the shrimps and pistachio kernels and allow to cool in the fridge for about 1 hour.
