4 finger-thick slices of watermelon 200 g finely cut Serrano ham 1 white, tender lettuce Salt Pepper Olive oil
Directions
Peel the watermelon and cut into thick dices, reserve. Wash and dry the lettuce. Extend the slices of ham, place the lettuce leaves on top and then a dice of watermelon. Wrap, thread a skewer, season and sprinkle with oil. Serve cold.
