Wild asparagus with Serrano ham

Ingredients
1 bunch asparagus tips from Huétor-Tájar, cooked
16 slices Serrano ham
Juice of 2 lemons
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
16 slices Serrano ham
Juice of 2 lemons
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
Directions
Mix the yellow mustard with the lemon juice and dip the asparagus tips for 15 minutes. Place the ham shavings together with the asparagus tips. Finally, sprinkle some lemon juice from the maceration.
