Wild asparagus with noodles
500 g asparagus from Huétor-Tájar
500 g noodles
250 g smoked streaky bacon
6 cloves garlic
Pepper
100 ml virgin olive oil
Directions
Trim and chop the asparagus from Huétor-Tájar. Heat olive oil in a pan and simmer the garlic. Add the asparagus and the copped bacon. Simmer for 10 minutes and add the previously cooked noodles. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
