6 Gold Zespri kiwifruit
1 tablespoon liquid honey
1 lime
2 tablespoon grated lemon
1 dried sweet pepper
3 avocados

Wash and cut the pepper in thin strips, removing seeds. Peel and cut in cubes Zespri gold kiwis. Put lime juice, honey, kiwifruit and sweet pepper in a pot. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Halve and bone avocados. Fill with that mixture.
