Cook the
Brussels sprouts for 10 minutes in salted water. Remove from heat and wrap the sprouts with ham slices. Place the rolls into a greased baking dish.
Melt the butter and mix it with the flour. Add the milk and the stock. Heat the sauce. Then, stir in the cheese and allow to melt in the mixture. Season the sauce with the spices and the
lemon juice. Pour it over the ham rolls. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over it and bake au gratin for 20 minutes at 180 °C.
