4 Zespri Gold kiwis 1/2 roasted duck 1/2 cup minced walnut Watercress for garnishment
Directions
Roast duck for 35 minutes in the oven at 180ºC. Once roasted, bone and cut in cubes. Peel Zespri Gold kiwifruit and slice in five or six portions. Combine kiwifruit slices and duck portions in skewers. Sprinkle walnuts on skewers. Garnish with watercress.
