4 tablespoons powdered jelly 300 ml hot water 500 g sugar 1/4 de tablespoon lemon juice 2 Zespri kiwis , peeled and mashed Green Colouring Powdered sugar
Directions
Put jelly, sugar and water in a big base pot and simmer until it melts. Add lemon juice and Zespri green kiwis purée. Boil during 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool during 15 minutes. Add a little bit of colouring. Pour in a 20 cm metal square mould for pies, covered by a non-stick cooking paper. Let set for 24 hours. Cut in cubes with a hot sharp knife. Dust with some sugar before being served.
