Lemon sorbet

Ingredients
6 lemons
500 gr. sugar
2 egg whites
1/2 glass water
Directions
Make a light syrup with water and sugar. Once removed from the heat, add juice from the lemons. Put in the freezer and when it is almost chilled, beat again and add egg whites at the soft peak stage. Put again in the freezer. Serve in ice cream cups.
