200 g long rice, boiled and drained 1/2 watermelon 2 mangoes 100 g smoked ham cut into strips 100 g raisins
For the dressing
1 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons mustard 4 tablespoons ketchup
Directions
Soak the raisins in warm water. Remove the rind from the wartermelon and dice. Peel the mangoes and cut into strips. Put the rice in a large bowl, add the remaining ingredients and serve with the dressing aside.
