Zespri gold kiwifruit ice cream

Ingredients
1 Zespri gold kiwifruit
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla flavouring
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla flavouring
1 cup milk
Directions
Peel and cut Zespri Gold. Whirl well sugar and Zespri gold kiwifruit in a blender. Add vanilla and milk and mix in the blender. Leave in the freezer. During first 30 minutes stir every 10 minutes so that it gets thick but not crystallised. Leave to freeze.
