Artichoke pudding

Ingredients
6 artichoke hearts
100 g cod, desalted and coarsely chopped
150 cl cream
5 eggs
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
oil
Directions
Chop the artichokes, the onion and the garlic. Stir fry together with the cod crumbs over gentle heat. Then, mince all and combine with the egg yolk and the cream and blend. Whisk the egg whites and pour into the mixture. Blend everything. Grease an ovenproof tray with butter and pour in the mixture. Leave it to bake for about 35 minutes.
