Wash the
cauliflower and remove the stem. Cook in salted water for 10 minutes, or until soft. Mix the butter with 250 ml of the
cauliflower water. Add a pinch of salt, pepper and nutmeg. Allow to cook and add the flour until the mixture becomes lumpy. Add two eggs. Then, add the bacon cut into pieces, the cheese and the baking powder. Stir in two eggs and spread the mixture over the
cauliflower. Pre-heat oven to 170ºC and allow to bake for 30 minutes.
