Bavarian dumplings

Ingredients
750 g potatoes, previously cooked
1 carrot
1 small celeriac
500 g onion
50 g bacon, sliced
1.5 l meat and vegetable stock
Salt
Pepper
Thyme
100 ml cream
4 sausages
Olive oil
Directions
Peel the potatoes, the celeriac and carrots. Fry the bacon and the onions in olive oil. Add the meat and the vegetable stock and leave to simmer for 30 minutes. Finally, add the sausages.
