Bean stew

Ingredients
250 g French beans
1 l water
3 onions
1 bay leaf
5 cloves
500 g pork
2 tablespoons oil
500 g tomatoes
thyme
salt
pepper
Directions
Soak the beans in water overnight. Cook together with the sliced onions and the spices. Pre-heat the oil and fry the pork with some onion. Cut the tomatoes into slices and add to the beans. Season the beans with thyme and cook for 30 minutes. If desired, you can bind the soup with a little flour.
