Broad bean salad
Servings:For 2 servings
Ingredients
1/2 kg broad beans, previously cooked in salted water
1 onion, minced
1 clove garlic, crushed
parsley
olives
olive oil
salt
lemon juice
hard boiled egg
Directions
Remove the broad beans from the pod and cook in salted water until tender. Rinse, drain and leave to cool. Once cool, mix with the other ingredients and decorate with egg slices.
