Wash the
broccoli and boil it in a little salted water with the saucepan lid on. To make the sauce melt the butter and add the flour. Add 250 ml of the
broccoli stock and mix with 250 ml milk. Mix well and allow to cook to suitable thickness. Add the grated cheese, the grated nutmeg and salt. Put the
broccoli in a salad bowl and cover with the sauce. Garnish with egg halves and olives and serve.
