Cabbage salad
Servings:For 4 servings
Ingredients
1/2 cabbage
4 egg yolks
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
salt
pepper
vinegar
tabasco
Directions
Clean the cabbage, remove the stalk, and cut the leaves into small pieces. Cook in salted water for two minutes. Allow to drain thoroughly. Mix the yolks, the mustard , the sugar, the salt and the pepper. Put the mix into a double saucepan and heat it slightly, but do not cook, until the mixture is thick enough. Season the sauce and pour over the salad.
