Pepper omelette

Ingredients
4 pepper
2 onions
1 clove garlic
4 eggs
thyme
salt
pepper
olive oil
Directions
Thinly cut the pepper and the onion and saute until soft. Beat the eggs and combine with the spices. Pour the beaten eggs in the pan with the vegetables, and make sure the egg spreads all over the pan. Cook over medium heat, and turn the omelette over from time to time. The omelette must be tight, light brown and even, and homogeneously cooked.
