The lower the moisture content is, the longer the product lasts; therefore, we recommend packages that protect groundnuts from humidity. They can be vacuum packaged or with nitrogen flows to take the oxygen out and thus maintain the quality.
Because of its high oil content, this fruit tends to become rancid. To prevent this, it is better to keep them with the shell, in hermetic containers.
