Grilled prawn and NZ kiwifruit kebabs

500 g prawn
1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Grated lemon
1 tablespoon very minced basil
1 tablespoon very minced coriander
1 tablespoon soya sauce
Salt and grinded fresh black pepper
6 Zespri kiwis, peeled and cut in medium pieces
Couscous, to be served with (optional)
Peel prawns keeping tails. Mix olive oil, grated lemon, herbs, soya sauce and seasonings in a medium-sized bowl. Add prawns. Cover and leave in the fridge for two hours.
Combine prawns with Zespri kiwis in the skewers. Soak Zespri kiwis with a brush dipped in oil.
Put skewers on a grille or on a barbecue and cook for one or two minutes until prawns are ready.
Serve hot on a couscous base.
