2 Zespri kiwis
1/2 ice cubes and coconut cream
1/4 cup white rum
Kiwis for decoraration

Peel and cut kiwis and whirl in a blender for 10 seconds. Add other ingredients and whirl until pureed. Pay attention not to break kiwi seeds, since that would make it taste bitter. Pour in cold glasses and serve. A kiwi slice for garnishment.
