Peel the
potatoes and cut them into rounds. Slice the
onion. In a baking tin, arrange alternatively the
potato and
onion slices, and sprinkle on some aromatic herbs. Combine the milk, salt and flour and pour over the
potatoes. Bake in the oven at medium heat until the milk has been absorbed and the
potatoes are soft. For the salad, clean the
celery and cook in boiling water. Slice in thin strips or diced. Combine oil, salt,
lemon and minced
onion and make a sauce. Season to taste and leave to marinate for a while before serving.
