Wash, drain and halve the
mango. Cut finely lengthwise. Peel the
oranges and slice into rounds and set aside the remaining juice. Do the same with the
grapefruit. Peel the
litchees carefully, halve the
passion fruit, scoop the juicy flesh with a spoon and strain to remove seeds. Mix with the
orange and
grapefruit juice. Sprinkle with
orange syrup. Arrange the fruit on a dish and sprinkle with the mixture. Serve cool.
