4 Fine slices of watermelon 200 g small boiled prawns 4 thin slices of Serrano ham 4 teaspoons pink sauce
Directions
Remove the rind from the watermelon. Peel the prawns. Place a slice of watermelon on each plate. Add the slices of ham and the prawns and cover with the sauce. roll-up, cut into slices and place on the watermelon. Serve cold.
