Swedish turnips are displayed in bunches or defoliated units, that are packaged in boxes or sacks. They are also packaged in expanded polystyrene trays, varying in colour (the green one is the most widely used), covered with stretchable plastic film. Usually one or two units are put in each tray. Swedish turnips are also part of the products included in the mixed trays prepared for stews.
