4 fillets hake of 200 g each, boned 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 tablespoon olive oil Some fish stock 1 large cup homemade tomato sauce 4 Piquillo Peppers from Lodosa
Directions
Put the salted fillets on an ovenproof tray with some olive oil and fish stock. Bake in the oven for about 3 minutes. Once done, cover each fillet with mayonnaise sauce and sprinkle with the Piquillo pepper sauce. To make the sauce, mix with a blender the tomato sauce and the peppers and strain through a colander.
