Pepper risotto

Ingredients
2 red peppers
2 green peppers
2 onions
300 g rice
1 l vegetable stock
3 tablespoons olive oil
100 g grated cheese
salt
pepper
nutmeg
Directions
Wash the rice and stew in oil. Add the stock and cook for 45 minutes. Wash and cut the vegetables and saute. Combine the rice, the vegetables, the spices and the cheese.
