Potato-Pepper Salad

Ingredients
300 g potatoes
3 green peppers
2 tomatos
2 onions
1 apple

For the dressing

1 egg
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons apple vinegar
1 tablespoon apple juice
1 teaspoon mustard
salt
sugar
pepper
paprika
parsley
Directions
Peel, cut and cook the potatoes. Mix the yolk of a hard boiled egg with mustard and cut the egg white in pieces. Prepare the sauce and pour on the vegetables. Decorate with persil.
