1 small red cabbage 1 cup red wine 1 tablespoon sugar 4 tablespoons vinegar 200 g ham 1 tablespoon oil 1 apple clove salt pepper
Directions
Clean the cabbage, remove the stalk and cut it into small pieces. Mix it with the wine, the vinegar and the spices. Allow to cook for 15 minutes. Pre-heat oil in a pan and fry the ham. Cut the apple into thin slices. Mix all and serve hot.
