500 g lean tenderloin (to be roasted) 2 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon ginger 1 pressed clove garlic 1 red pepper in strips 1 teaspoon hoisin (Chinese) sauce or similar ones 2 Zespri kiwis, peeled and sliced 1 cup curly noodles
Directions
Cut meat in thin slices. Heat oil in a pan and fry lightly ginger and garlic, stirring for 30 seconds. Add meat and roast stirring for 3 minutes until cooked, and remove. Fry lightly pepper stirring for 1 minute. Mix meat with hoisin sauce in a pan and heat quickly. Add Zespri kiwis, noodles and serve.
