1/2 cup orange juice 1/4 cup honey 500 g strawberries, stemmed and halved 250 g raspberries 250 g blueberries 2 oranges, peeled and cut into sections 1 cup melon balls 3 talbespoons fresh mint leaves
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk juice and honey and add the remaining ingredients. Toss gently to combine. Chill the mixture for 1 hour.
