1/4 watermelon without rind 1/2 dl water 100 g flour 25 g sugar 1/2 lemon rind 1/2 teaspoon yeast 1/4 l oil Sugar for sprinkling
Directions
Pour water, 75 g flour, sugar, lemon rind, and the yeast into a bowl and beat well. Cut the watermelon into pieces, cover with the remaining flour and then spread with the prepared dough. Heat the oil and fry until brown. Sprinkle with sugar. It can be served either cold or hot.
