Turnips are displayed with or without leaves. In the first case, they are gathered in bunches of 5 to 10 units.

It is more and more frequent to find them pre-packaged, without leaves, in trays covered with stretchable plastic film or in horizontal packages (flow pack); they often go along with some other vegetables to prepare stews.
